We would never have found this place if it weren't for Yelp and it did not disappoint.
We ordered tacos - chorizo, carnitas, carne, and pollo, revueltas de mais pupa, and guac and chips. The little ones devoured the guac, which they normally are indifferent about. The tacos were generously filled and tasty; I'd say much better than your average taco place but for $2, you're making out well. I thought the pupusa was really good - it was flavorful, not too greasy, and had that crust on the outside for added texture. It took a bit longer than I thought it would for the food to come out but good things come to those who wait. I definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area. -

If you're looking for something a little different right off of I-95, this Salvadorian joint in the back of a Latino Supermarket fits the bill.
Service was friendly and there is ample seating; however, our food took longer than expected at the end of lunchtime on a Monday.
The cheese and bean pupusas were the winner among the items we selected. Three piping hot pupusas were just the right amount for a filling meal. The accompanying pickled cabbage and red sauce common with pupusas were both excellent.
We also selected a beef burrito as well as a cheese quesadilla from a decent kids menu for our girls 3.5 and 2 yrs. Neither were particularly noteworthy.
It's worth mentioning that the bathrooms need a changing table and there were some minor plumbing issues.
Nonetheless, if you are trying to avoid fast food and run of the mill restaurants off of I-95, this taco joint is worth a shot. -

This place is awesome! Great food at a good price. I love that there is a little market and it opens up to a huge space.

I found this place on accident by googling closest food places near me. I'm upset that I've been here 3 weeks on a work trip and TWO days before I go back home I find this place. I would literally eat here everyday if I found it sooner. It's inside a small Salvadoran grocery store. Employees are very friendly and food is fresh and amazing!!!! They need to expand and get an actual restaurant if they haven't yet. So so good. You can order to go or they do have a seating area there.

Drive right by Taco Bell and go here instead! I had a pupusa and the pollo en crema. I can't decide which one was better!
